Meeting Dinner Menus

 

In addition to a vegetarian entree, we serve a themed buffet at every meeting along with Starbucks coffee, tea and
decaf. Our buffet rotates between the following:

 
Honey-Chipotle Chicken
  • Boneless Chicken Breast with Honey-Chipotle Glaze and Pineapple-Orange Pico de Gallo.
  • Mixed Green salad (or other salad) in Herb Vinaigrette, Rolls, Sauteed Vegetables, wild rice or mashed patato.
  • Garlic-Parsley Red Potatoes, and fresh baked cookies.
 
Chicken Piccata
  • Chicken Breast Piccata Style
  • Mixed Green Salad Tossed in Herb Vinaigrette.
  • Rolls and Butter, Sauteed Vegetables, Garlic-Parsley Red Potatoes.
  • New York Cheesecake Drizzled with Fresh Strawberry Sauce.
 
Grilled Fresh Salmon Filet
  • Fresh Salmon (farmed) with a Choice of Fresh Fruit Salsa, Lemon Butter Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, or Blackened.
  • Mixed Green Salad Tossed in Herb Vinaigrette.
  • Rolls and Butter, Sauteed Vegetables, Wild Rice.
  • New York Cheesecake Drizzled with Fresh Strawberry Sauce.
 
Taste of Italy
  • Spaghetti or Meat Lasagna with Marinara Sauce
  • Traditional Caesar Salad with Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • Caprizzi Salad (Sliced Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced Roma Tomatoes, Basil and Pesto
  • Grilled Zucchini, Yellow Squash and Red Pepper
  • Garlic Bread
  • Traditional Lady Finger Tiramisu
 
Oriental Buffet
  • Beef with Broccoli or Sweet and Sour Chicken
  • Steamed White Rice or Vegetable Fried Rice
  • Oriental Cabbage Slaw and Stir-fried Vegetables

Roasted Pork Tenderloin
  • Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Dried Cranberry and Apricot Compote
  • Mixed Green Salad Tossed in Herb Vinaigrette.

  • New York Cheesecake Drizzled with Chocolate Ganache.
