The Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) program begins with the Foundation level. The CPTC designation is an independent verification of a certificant’s knowledge of the technical communication field. It can help you land the job you want or get the salary you deserve. To achieve CPTC Foundation, candidates will need to pass an exam that tests their knowledge and understanding of technical communication best practices.
