It is with pride and honor that we announce that STC San Diego was named STC’s 2017 Most Improved Community of the Year!
Sara Feldman, VP of Programs, and Linda Oestreich, a Past President of the San Diego chapter and Past President of the Society, accepted the award at the Honors Reception at the annual STC Summit that took place on May 9, 2017 at Gaylord National Resort.
Our citation reads:
For a 2016 Community Achievement Award year that showed an impressive increase in outreach activities and education programs. STC San Diego clearly demonstrates a strong dedication to its membership and the technical communication community.
