We are a chapter of a global nonprofit professional organization—the Society for Technical Communication.
The Society, the local Chapters, and the Special Interest Groups provide educational events and programs throughout the year to advance the knowledge of members and to promote technical communication education; provide managerial techniques and information; and and teach the tools and skills of technical communication. We support career advancement through an annual salary survey, the job board and postings that we share, the mentoring we offer, and through our various networking opportunities.
