By popular demand, we are offering another virtual talk with information on how to beat the dreaded Application Tracking System when applying for jobs. In this joint meeting with Orange County STC, Jack Molisani will dive deeper into how to beat (and avoid!) AI-based Applicant Tracking Systems that are designed to reject 95% of applicants.
This virtual talk will be on Tuesday, July 20 at 6pm, PDT. The talk is free, but registration is required.

About the Speaker
Jack Molisani is the President of STC San Diego and an STC Fellow. He is the President of ProSpring Technical Staffing, an employment agency specializing in content professionals. Jack also produces The LavaCon Conference on Content Strategy and Tech-Comm Management.

How to join
You’ll need to register for this event before the deadline. This is a FREE meeting, but donations are welcome upon registering. The day before the meeting or the morning of, you will get a Zoom meeting URL with a password emailed to you with the email that you registered with.
Video is optional but highly recommended.
Wearing earbuds or a headset is also highly recommended.
