About the Event
A lot of what we do as technical communicators is now a form of content management: building content in one form only to publish and deliver it to multiple others. This means that technical communicators are now facing the same challenges content strategists have faced for years: how to create, manage, govern, and deliver content to multiple audiences, often with limited tools and resources. From this talk, you’ll learn some of the techniques content strategists use to deal with these obstacles, including persona development, content modeling, and structured authoring.
This virtual talk will be on Tuesday, September 21 at 12pm, PDT. The talk is free, but registration is required.
