How good is the quality of your technical documentation? How do you define and measure quality? Join STC San Diego on March 8 when Fer O’Neil and Sara Feldman answer these questions by discussing what technical communicators need to know about content analytics.
In his presentation, Fer O’ Neil will explain how to create and implement an Article Quality Index (AQI). An AQI provides consistent metrics for rating article quality as well as author performance over time. O’Neil’s presentation will show the criteria selected for an in-use AQI, the methodology used to choose the criteria, and how an AQI can be used in practice.
Sara Feldman will present an overview of what technical communicators need to know about content analytics. Sara will cover macro and micro conversions, and explain how anyone can earn a Google Analytics Certification for free.
