About the Speaker
Susan Gallagher has more than thirty years of experience in software documentation with more than seventeen years spent documenting and training others to document APIs and SDKs. Her other experience includes writing and editing, curriculum design and training, usability testing, and user interface and product design. She also has ten years of experience as a team leader/department manager. Susan is experienced in setting up documentation departments for software start-ups and her specialties include API and SDK documentation for object-oriented programming languages and web services.
