As technical communicators, we are usually expected to produce information products at warp speed. There never seems to be enough time to do the job as well as we would like. Who has time to add peer editing to an already tight deadline? And who wants their coworkers weighing in on their work?
Anita Boyd will share her experience with peer editing. She’ll discuss the pros and cons, what to consider when developing an editing process, and strategies for self-editing when you’re the lone writer. Bring your questions and plan to share your own experiences for an interactive evening.
