About the Event
MadCap Software offers a powerful content management platform that makes it easy for content developers to create, manage, and publish information all as a single source. In this session, we will review three important (often underutilized) content development techniques that are easy to implement and can have an instant and positive effect on the content your end users experience. By the end of this session, attendees will understand:
- How and when to create micro content
- How and when to create responsive content conditions
- How to use analytics to develop and refine your single-sourcing strategy
This virtual talk will be on Tuesday, March 21 at 6:00 p.m. PST. Visit the OCSTC website at https://ocstc.org/events for more information.
