STC San Diego offers a free resume and LinkedIn profile review service.
This service is available to anyone engaged in or aspiring to enter the technical communications field, including non-STC San Diego members.
Upon request, experienced volunteers review and provide feedback on resumes.
Before you submit your request, take the time to make sure your resume is up to date and edited.
Your resume is a snapshot of your skills and experience. Engage people you trust to look over your resume and give you candid feedback. A minor grammatical error can play a part in eliminating you from being selected for a job. As part of your interview preparation, know your resume thoroughly, and be ready to respond to questions
